More importantly, it will showcase the importance of culture change in organization development and transformation efforts. The immersion activity will take place at the work site of selected organizations. It will include a sharing of the organization\u2019s change journey as well as a tour of the company that may involve pointing out cultural artifacts or having conversations with select leaders and employees.
