Josephine engages Organization Development as a way of bringing peace in groups, organizations and communities, specifically in accompanying these various levels of systems in their search for strategic directions, in their desire for synergy development, and in their initiatives towards culture transformation.<\/p>\n

She practices the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter (AoH) in engaging various stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Josephine is a consultant of the ateneo center for organization research and development (CORD) and a senior facilitator in its diploma in organization development (DoD) program.<\/p>\n

The OD immersion aims to expose HR and OD practitioners to different types of interventions that help achieve organizational effectiveness and health. More importantly, it will showcase the importance of culture change in organization development and transformation efforts. The immersion activity will take place at the work site of selected organizations. It will include a sharing of the organization\u2019s change journey as well as a tour of the company that may involve pointing out cultural artifacts or having conversations with select leaders and employees. A facilitated conversation on questions and insights from the OD lab participants will be conducted at the end of the immersion activity.<\/p>\n
